Deputy Program Manager

As a Deputy Program Manager with BAE Systems, you will manage a large team of data labelers operating across classification levels. You will serve as the primary program representative in St. Louis, collaborating with the East Coast PM to ensure all customer needs are met. The Deputy Program Manager will help stand up a regionally dispersed production team and facilitate the training of new staff.
Management responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, quality, risk, cost, schedule, and people. The DPM will communicate technical concepts to key government stakeholders, troubleshoot any annotation production challenges, and work diligently to ensure transparent, reliable data reaches stakeholders across the customer's enterprise.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree + 3-5 Years Experience
OR
5-8 Years Relevant ExperiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) backgroundExperience supporting the U.S. Intelligence CommunityExperience managing AI/ML-driven intelligence programsSolid understanding of machine learning principlesExperience managing remote employeesPay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $142600
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
