Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Support professional to join our team at Chameleon Integrated Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractual deliverables and ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules in task orders.
  • Communicate and enforce work standards, track work schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to personnel.
  • Perform planning and dependency identification, ensuring business user acceptance of work products.
  • Ensure vendor personnel are fully engaged and fulfilling their responsibilities alongside the vendor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10 years or more experience performing program management support services in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
  • 5 years or more experience managing Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe implementations of vendor software or hardware, preferably for a federal, state or local government organization.
  • Personnel performing this function must be a U.S. citizen.
Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master, Pega Certified Business Architect.
Location

St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) or Remote.
