Role Profile Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Manager at Hari Mari's location in Dallas, TX.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as maintaining and growing current retailers, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, trade show registration and execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration
Monitor individual and team sales targets
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns
Implement and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners
Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and partners
Work closely with inventory management to ensure product availability
Provide regular performance reports to senior management
Continuously improve sales processes and customer experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in the footwear industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of e-commerce retail operations
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software
Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Experience:
Direct experience in footwear or fashion accessories sales
Knowledge of the sandal market and competitive landscape

Travel Requirements:
