JD Softtech is a web agency with two in-house software products. We are looking for a business development person to work with the founder. The candidate will work in our Cambridge MA office.
Responsibilities and Duties1. Growth hacking.2. Support to new users by phone and at times in person.3. Helping to create product awareness.4. Sales duties.5. Manage contractors for marketing go to trade-shows and travel to grow the product.6. Social media account management.7. Work with the project development team to enhance the features of the product.
We are treating our two software products as a start-up within our agency. Both products are for convenience stores gas stations and liquor stores. Primary users of our products are Indians and spoken Gujarati is required for effective communication.
Think of it as joining a start-up within a successful web agency. You will be in charge of growing the product in the market where we have a competitive advantage. You will be involved in all aspects of the products.
