Sales Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for our reputable client in the East Greenwich, RI area. Ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Account Executive role.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to create PDF files for catalog purposes.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with other departments to gather information regarding order status, customer samples, etc. Please apply directly if qualified and interested for immediate consideration.

    work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

    Responsibilities
    • Assist with meeting preparations, sample preparations, and presentation materials.
    • Fulfill daily requests from clients promptly and accurately.
    • Address and resolve store-customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Complete new vendor setup forms on behalf of clients.
    • Fill out client order forms and internal sales/item setup spreadsheets.
    • Send and track pre-production samples as required by clients.
    • Communicate client approvals, rejections, and product changes to the internal team.
    • Send and track production samples as required by clients.
    • Complete customer item setup forms/spreadsheets for clients.
    • Utilize client websites for item setup if required.
    • Ensure all communicated data to customers is accurate via website or spreadsheet.
    • Provide all necessary information to clients for processing EDI orders.
    • Notify the distribution center of all incoming orders, ship dates, and cancel dates.
    • Verify the accuracy of orders received from clients (via EDI or Fax).
    • Regularly review order status with the expeditor and inform the sales team of any changes or issues.
    • Perform other duties as required.
