We are currently looking for responsible, friendly, and skilled Sales Support Reps to work on our rapidly growing Customer Service Team. You will be focusing mostly on in-bound phone calls and emails, out-bound contact is generally only needed on follow-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our customers in product education, pricing, and order status through inbound calls, web chat, and both inbound and outbound emails.
- Supporting customers in problem resolution by gathering details and coordinating solutions.
- Entering requests for Samples, Digital Mockups, and Pricing into our main operating system.
- Assisting the team achieve sales goals by promoting current specials when interaction with customers.
- Developing relationships with customers to increase sales.
- Providing a top-level customer experience to both internal and external customers.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience/ Education and Training Requirements
- 1+ years' Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Detailed oriented & well organized.
- Active listening.
- Sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with a team mindset.
- Ability to think beyond procedure to ensure all possibilities are investigated.
- Ability to think critically.
- Ability to gather and analyze data.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
Language Requirements
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
Physical Demands
- Ability to perform fine manipulation such as typing for 8 hours.
- Ability of near visual acuity, clear vision of small printed items, and use of computer.
