Job Description
The Operations Administrator is a fully remote position.
Pay range: $27-$29/hr., based on experience.
- Assist with new account startups to include onboarding in workday.
- Open new positions and job reqs in Workday.
- Manage employee timesheets and time entry/payroll submission for multiple accounts via Kronos
- Reconcile monthly billing and labor reports
- Track monthly cost savings and distribute reports/write-ups to Management
- Vendor onboarding & direct vendor relations
- Coordinate and maintain weekly attendance and annual vacation time off records
- Prepare all travel arrangements via Concur & maintain calendars for Management
- Process expense reports reflecting supporting documents and codes
- Technician boot/travel/PPE reimbursements
- Asset management (laptop, jetpack, air cards)
- Maintain and upload of Safety Training Records
- Responsible for submitting all uniform related orders through procurement system
- Act as liaison between all impacted departments and accounts & collaborate with account management on daily basis
- Responsible for tracking billable/non-billable OT and retrieving the necessary approvals
- Work control/billing/AP support
- Manage PO escalation
- Submit POs via the procurement system as needed
- Running necessary reports to prepare Out of Scope billing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience requested.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
