Theatre Administrator

Cleveland Public Theatre is seeking a highly skilled Theatre Administrator to join its leadership team. This role will play a crucial part in the organization's success, overseeing various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in theatre administration, with a strong background in budgeting, marketing, and human resources. They will be responsible for supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the implementation of the theatre's mission and programs.
The Theatre Administrator will work closely with the Executive Artistic Director and other leadership staff to create a forward-thinking approach to the theatre's operations. They will be expected to take a hands-on approach, performing tasks in a collaborative and decisive manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for the arts and a deep commitment to the Greater Cleveland community. They will be an articulate and passionate representative of the theatre and its mission, with excellent communication and writing skills.
The Theatre Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Supervising staff and managing vendor relationships
- Overseeing the implementation of the theatre's mission and programs
- Managing the theatre's budget and financial operations
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff
The Theatre Administrator will be an integral part of the theatre's leadership team, working closely with the Executive Artistic Director and other staff members to achieve the theatre's goals and objectives.
