Job Summary

Webinar Demo Account is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Office Manager in a full-time, hourly administrative position. This position focuses on managing office operations and providing support to the team. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing administrative staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus.
