This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of healthcare administration, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies
- Manage grants and contracts, including proposal submission and award management
- Recruit, select, evaluate, and train administrative staff
- Develop and monitor compensation plans, income guarantees, and productivity incentives
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of administrative/management experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong interpersonal, management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
