Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from estimating costs to project execution. You will collaborate closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other factors.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to review plans and specifications, identify project requirements, and provide value engineering solutions.

Develop comprehensive project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive bids and negotiate contracts.

Oversee project execution, including procurement, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and safety compliance.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and estimating roles, preferably in the commercial construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
