Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work activities, ensuring quality and timeliness, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project schedules and cost-effective plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating instructions and project assignments as needed.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness, preparing and providing progress reports to owners and architects, and making recommendations for necessary modifications.
  • Budget Management: Monitor budget throughout the project and communicate variances as they occur.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records related to costs and inventory.
  • Safety and Compliance: Address any safety violations or other deficiencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least four years of experience in building trade required.
  • Skills: Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost-effectively, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather, and lift up to 40 pounds at times.
