What You'll Do

Soluna Cloud is looking for a Sales Representative with a proven track record of pioneering new technologies in the enterprise market. As part of the Soluna Cloud team, you will work directly with product and support teams to help innovate and respond to customers needs in a fast-paced organization.

You will:

  • Create solutions for complex technology business problems and opportunities, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of clients' cloud needs.
  • Develop client presentations and apply industry-leading cloud transformation strategies and practices.
  • Be creative and solve problems to achieve results.
  • Close customers worth at least $30M annually in revenue with a contract term of 3-years or more.
  • Build a pipeline of at least $300M revenue (assuming a 30% hit rate).
  • Travel required roughly 50% for visiting customers and attending trade shows.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

You should love AI and love applying it to solve customers' real-world needs. You should be relentless in providing incredible support to our customers.

You excel in all phases of the sales cycle, from canvassing leads and qualification to sales pursuit. You have developed key customer relationships and are comfortable presenting to C-level executives. You also have:

  • Minimum of 5 years selling/closing deals in the professional services space in areas such as technology services (consulting and development services), cloud enablement, migration and modernization, and public cloud managed services.
  • Minimum of 2 years selling and supporting channel sales to VARs.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales with a quota of $5M+.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes container framework and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing cloud migration, modernization, cloud-native development, or cloud managed services.
  • Experience in building and managing C-Level client relationships.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • High energy level, focus, and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
