What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis for teams and classes
  • Design and develop training courses and curriculum, managing projects with subject matter experts
  • Deliver training sessions using strong facilitation skills, adjusting content based on audience engagement
  • Create assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
  • Participate in organizational development activities related to performance management and workplace improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant, progressive work experience in training development for adults
  • Strong project management and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, HR, ISD, OD, Business or related field (preferred)
  • Extensive industry expertise may substitute for formal education
