About the Role

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Care Nurse Specialist to become part of a well-respected team of healthcare professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of high-risk newborns and infants, providing essential patient education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, family-centered healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical care for high-risk neonates and infants.
  • Educate families and caregivers on neonatal health and care.
  • Work in partnership with medical, nursing, and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Exercise independent judgment in ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic assessments to inform treatment strategies.

Position Details

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options, including 12 and 24-hour shifts.
  • Self-scheduling with advanced notice to accommodate work-life balance.
  • Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in neonatal nursing.
