Job Overview

In this role, you will assist in a wide range of procurement and administrative activities related to subcontracting work.

This position is Hybrid, requiring presence at our Houston, TX headquarters as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating subcontractors
  • Managing requests for information (RFIs)
  • Coordinating requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Assisting in the creation of subcontract documents and amendments, including incorporating prime contract requirements
  • Conducting commercial evaluations of proposals
  • Approving awards/subcontracts as per authorization
  • Evaluating subcontractor claims promptly
  • Overseeing the entire subcontract lifecycle (from pre-award to closure)
  • Acting as a link between subcontractors and project managers
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree and ideally one (1) year of relevant experience; or an equivalent blend of education and experience
  • Prior experience with Federal Government contracts/subcontracts
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Deltek.
  • Background in commercial contracts
