Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize project management software to establish new projects, ensuring accurate and organized project folders for the project management team.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Upload drawing revisions, submittals, and specifications to relevant platforms, ensuring accessibility for project stakeholders.
- Create, print, and distribute panel schedules for each project.
- Export project budgets for review and analysis.
- Prepare and send RFIs, Submittals, Vendor Agreements, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Obtain permits for projects and schedule inspections as necessary.
- Coordinate locates and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W9s from vendors and subcontractors.
- Set up employees on the project tracking system.
- Process close-out documents for completed projects.
- Draft tax-exempt forms as needed for project-related transactions.
- Support on-demand projects/jobs as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a project assistant or similar role within the construction or electrical industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in drawing management software such as Studio/Bluebeam & Autodesk.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
