Personnel Administration Associate

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
The Reserves Network Inc is in search of a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to provide essential administrative support within our HR department. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to engage in a variety of HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Vice President and Director of Human Resources with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for current and former employees.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation and collaborate on the creation of ID badges for new employees and contract workers.
- Conduct monthly audits of employee records to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Oversee the administration of the DISC platform and aid in the planning and execution of training sessions.
- Generate monthly reports related to unemployment claims and compliance audits.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, and managing conference room reservations.
- Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving any inconsistencies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License.
- Familiarity with HR functions and compliance standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially SharePoint, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
