The Reserves Network Inc is in search of a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to provide essential administrative support within our HR department. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to engage in a variety of HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Vice President and Director of Human Resources with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for current and former employees.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and collaborate on the creation of ID badges for new employees and contract workers.
  • Conduct monthly audits of employee records to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Oversee the administration of the DISC platform and aid in the planning and execution of training sessions.
  • Generate monthly reports related to unemployment claims and compliance audits.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, and managing conference room reservations.
  • Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving any inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Familiarity with HR functions and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially SharePoint, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
