Job Title: B2B Sales Enablement Professional (I-8)

Location: Remote; USA

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Sales Enablement Professional to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our global sales team through comprehensive enablement programs and strategic communications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, strong project management skills, and a knack for creating impactful sales tools and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Global Sales Enablement Strategy: Design and implement a cohesive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives to support our global sales teams.
  • Create Sales Enablement Programs: Develop training programs, tools, and resources to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and assets necessary to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
  • Sales Communication Strategy: Craft compelling sales communications including playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and sales scripts that resonate with different buyer personas and stages of the sales cycle.
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and curate sales content such as case studies, product collateral, and competitive insights.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Sales Technology Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement sales enablement tools and technologies that improve sales effectiveness and streamline operations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales enablement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience working with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $114K - $143K (inclusive of commission).
