The Partnerships Enablement Manager will play a critical role in deepening our strategic alliances with key partners, including major consultancies, agencies and leading tech companies. You will be joining our Business Development team, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer and significantly elevating the impact of our key partnerships. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development​: You will develop and execute a partnership strategy and collaborate closely with strategic partners to identify joint business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies that drive long term revenue growth for both ​Journee and our partners.
  • Enablement Programs​: You will design and implement onboarding & enablement programs that equip our partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to successfully promote and sell our solutions to their clients, making sure our partners are always up to date with Journee's newest features and developments.
  • Client Engagement​: You will help partners to engage with their clients, understand their needs and present tailored solutions that leverage the strengths of both organisations.
  • Enablement & training: You will be providing support to partners' sales teams, including training, co-selling, and facilitating introductions to key stakeholders within ​Journee.
  • Performance Metrics​: You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Management​: You will foster strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration​: You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of min. 4+ years in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the tech industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing and executing successful partnership programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and​ maintain strong relationships
  • Action and results focused mindset
