Project Coordinator II

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator II
for a Remote opportunity.

Position Title:
Project Coordinator II

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: [Aug 5th , 2024]

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 12 months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range:
$28.02-$46.23


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


Duties :

  • Coordinate procurement activities for a Research and Development team
  • Complete purchase requests and monitor progress of the requests through each stage of the
procurement process

  • Proactively escalate cases with cross functional partners across the business as needed
  • Work closely with external vendors to solve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues
  • Identify and document recurring issues to identify areas for improvement
Skills

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role
  • Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members
  • Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365
  • Ability keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to solve problems
  • Proactive problem solver

Education:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
