Role Summary:
This position is essential for overseeing the COVID safety protocols and project administration within the Arena Network, which encompasses Data, Wi-Fi, and Voice services. The COVID Project Coordinator will facilitate the on-site leadership and management of client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of professional services throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all COVID testing and safety compliance as mandated by the Construction Manager.
• Assume designated safety roles, including Social Distancing Manager, as needed.
• Collaborate with subcontractors for logistics and scheduling related to the converged network system, ensuring alignment with the construction timeline.
• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and safety regulations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of construction practices, OSHA standards, and networking protocols including VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage daily operations to ensure project milestones are met.
• Attend various stakeholder meetings to coordinate construction safety and work activities.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain compliance for all personnel on-site.
• Coordinate logistics with the Construction Manager and subcontractors to streamline operations.
• Ensure timely completion of all construction reporting and maintain accurate records of equipment and project status.
• Utilize project management tools to update plans, schedules, and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction Management and Safety.
• Relevant experience in IT Operations or technology management consulting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.

Preferred Skills:
• Certifications such as PMP, OSHA 10, CCNA, or similar.
• Experience in managing large-scale network infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
