Development Project Coordinator

Work for a leading Multi-Family Developer with a strong presence in the Seattle market, and multiple offices across the US. They focus on building apartments, urban-infill townhomes, and residential high-rises, and have a strong backlog of projects, offering stability and the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility. They are looking for a Development Project Coordinator who will assist the development team while managing budgets, schedules, and implementing best practices.

The ideal candidate is expected to be proactive and have keen attention to detail with knowledge of general construction and/or real estate development processes.

Development Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams across construction, sales, marketing, finance, and more to complete projects.Assist with due diligence, property research, entitlements, and project management.Manage project consultants, contracts, budgets, and schedules.Apply project management best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.Support monthly proforma reviews, project reporting, and spending request packages.Create and update project schedules with input from the team.Prepare and evaluate consultant RFPs, manage contracts, and process payments.Handle entitlements and permit processing and coordinate utilities.Contribute to building plans and interior design development.Support public/neighborhood meetings and internal project team meetings. Development Project Coordinator Qualifications:
Real estate development or construction experience is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience in project management, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple tasks.Basic experience with contract administration, budget management, and scheduling.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Eager to learn Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, and PowerPoint.Benefits & Appreciation:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.401K plan with matching.Vacation, paid holidays, and sick leave.Flexible spending/Health savings plan.Compensation: $85K - $95K (DOE) + 10% bonus
