Project Engineer Level 1 or 2

Our Special Projects team in Seattle, Washington is seeking a Project Engineer Level 1 or 2 (DOE) to assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and organizing project operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain necessary information for construction material selection, dimensional data, and third-party or owner-supplied information.
  • Track construction jobsite documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, changes, etc.
  • Coordinate efforts with other trades and accompanying documentation.
  • Prepare submittals, schedules, and O&Ms.
  • Estimate, count, and prepare change orders.
  • Track QA procedures, logs, and issues.
  • Attend project meetings as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities for Project Engineer Level 2
  • Perform ordering, releasing, receiving, and tracking of material and tool orders.
  • Post drawing with changed information.
  • Estimate, prepare, and track change orders.
  • Develop, implement, and track QA procedures, logs, and issues.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Math Ability
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Spreadsheet software.
  • Project Management software.

Compensation (Pay Range):

$59,280-$95,680

An employee's compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance.
