Requirements

  • Must pass a comprehensive federal background and fingerprint screening.
  • Have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mileage is paid when necessary)
  • Must be computer savvy and have the ability to navigate software programs.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent MS Office / Windows OS knowledge
  • Ability to write and speak clearly and professionally.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Familiarity with modern office machines (scanner, printer, fax, copier etc.)
  • Ability to handle highly confidential communications in a professional manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that portray a positive personality
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • High School diploma, GED or above
  • Available to work a flexible schedule during business hours Monday – Saturday
