Job Description:
The Student Employment AAI is a key member of the Student Employment Team, assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for hourly student employees. This includes: processing criminal background checks, initiating job offers, and verifying student documents for employment eligibility. The AAI will also manage the online applicant tracking system for part-time, on-campus job postings and off-campus Federal Work Study (FWS) job postings. Other related duties include activating and approving requests for supervisor accounts, maintaining and tracking student data and assisting with other responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience in higher education. Basic knowledge of human resources recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding practices.Important Message:
