iNECTA LLC is in search of a dedicated Senior ERP Consultant to enhance our global consulting team. This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing flexibility in location across the United States and Canada. In this role, you will take charge of various projects, overseeing solution design, implementation, training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead one or two medium to large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller projects, depending on project availability
  • Gather project requirements, design solutions, and advise clients on best practices
  • Oversee all phases of project design and implementation, including managing team members
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of assigned project areas and assist in other sections as required
  • Draft and test project documentation, training materials, and other essential tasks
  • Support presales activities, including responding to inquiries, conducting demonstrations, and assisting with proposals
  • Consistently achieve or surpass target billable hours
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional consulting and client engagement skills, with a proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships
  • Extensive consulting experience with a minimum of 5 successful ERP implementations
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
  • Prior accounting experience is preferred; background as a controller or CFO is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Significant familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, either as a consultant or a superuser
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in both independent and collaborative settings
  • Strong technical literacy with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of databases, integrations, and APIs is a plus
  • Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
