The Opportunity

TD Garden and the Boston Bruins are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to build and manage email, SMS, and other digital communication channel campaigns end-to-end, including building, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization. You will collaborate with Digital Marketing, Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to achieve business goals through email. You will be responsible for providing overall support for the email marketing team, reporting into the Director of Digital Business Strategy.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $78600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Responsibilities Build and execute a high-volume of email campaigns for clients, ticket sales, e-commerce, parking, lead generation, retargeting, database growth, and other key business goals.
Work with creative, marketing, sales, fan relations, and business solutions to develop and deploy mobile-optimized emails.
Partner with data and analytics team to monitor lists and suppressions to ensure accuracy and appropriate level of audience segmentation and engagement.
Drive campaign optimization through A/B testing.
Assist with building email automations and journeys.
Ability to manage the customer journey across multiple digital communication channels. (Email, SMS, mobile push, etc.)
Collaborate with digital marketing and business intelligence teams to develop email strategies and optimizations that contribute to an audience-first approach.
Ensure brand standards are met in all email templates look and feel and messaging.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience building and executing emails.
Ability to multi-task and manage many projects at once in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Experience working in Email Service Providers (ESP) software required.
Ability to build emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
Proficient with database marketing systems
Detail oriented, strong project management skills, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience with writing and editing HTML is required.
Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop, a plus.
Passionate about email marketing and data analytics.
Experience running email marketing automations.
Strong knowledge of industry trends, email best practices, and how they apply to the email template.
