We are seeking a seasoned marketing analytics professional to lead the continued evolution of our marketing data and analytics capabilities. As a key member of the Business Intelligence team within the Client Product & Strategy organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing analytics strategy that drives business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing analytics projects, including the development of performance reporting processes, standardization of a global marketing measurement framework, and identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of marketing.
You will also be responsible for refining our marketing analytics business processes, including managing the existing marketing analytics vendor team, managing the performance of web, email, social, and media measurement resources, and selecting and managing external service providers for marketing analytics.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including website analytics, ad serving, and social listening and analytics platforms. You will also have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and knowledge of common statistical analysis methods and tools.
In addition, you will have experience determining business impact through various approaches to analysis and use of tools, including multitouch, algorithmic attribution models, and media mix modeling. You will also have knowledge of measurement methods, such as net promoter scores, customer lifetime value, customer engagement, propensity-to-buy, and propensity-to-churn.
The Client and Product Strategy Specialist will be based in Wellington's office in Boston, MA, and will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop and implement marketing analytics strategies that drive business outcomes.
