Sales Enablement Manager

The will be instrumental in driving best practices for sales enablement across the organization. This role involves creating and managing a comprehensive learning management system (LMS), developing onboarding programs for new hires, and crafting effective sales playbooks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in sales training, content creation, and strategic planning, combined with the ability to be a thought leader in the sales enablement domain. Additionally, this role will support sales pitches, facilitate role plays, and work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Continuously assess and refine enablement programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
Learning Management System (LMS):
Design and manage a state-of-the-art LMS to provide ongoing education and development for the sales team.
Create and curate engaging and relevant training content, including videos, courses, and assessments.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Onboarding and Training:
Develop and lead a structured onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the company.
Provide continuous training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and other training activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Sales Playbooks and Tools:
Create and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks that outline best practices, sales processes, and effective strategies.
Develop and provide tools, templates, and resources that support the sales team in their daily activities.
Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with company messaging and goals.
Sales Pitches and Role Play:
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Conduct role-playing sessions and mock sales calls to prepare the sales team for real-market scenarios.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
Thought Leadership:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement and legal technology.
Serve as a thought leader within the company, sharing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert when needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them.
Work closely with the marketing team to drive product marketing, product trainings and/or product related support for cross functional departments.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
Strong proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act operationally.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in the legal technology industry is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
