What you will do

In this vital role you will be reporting to the US Medical Affairs Lead for Bone, your role is essential in supporting the franchise objectives and ensuring effective operations. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing collaborative research proposals and protocols with PIs and trusted vendors, coordinating meetings, setting agendas, facilitating internal research achievements through the Access and Use Evidence Generation process. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing presentations that effectively communicate complex information to both internal and external audiences, showcasing the study achievements. Other implementation science projects may be in scope with other internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as POC to lead collaborative implementation science research studies and projects for US Bone Medical AffairsCo-develop implementation science strategyFollow SOPs to develop protocols and obtain internal approval, and serve as study managerMaintain relationships with external PIs and vendors involved in research and other initiativesCoordinate all meeting logistics with external PIs and vendors, including scheduling, agenda setting, and follow-up actionsOversee legal agreements with all parties, ensuring compliance and proper documentationUpdate internal documents in repositories (MS Teams and SharePoint) to ensure fidelity of informationTrack project and engagement metrics toward strategic planCommunicate project updates to internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and key achievementsSupport US Bone Medical Lead to establish Amgen as a leader in implementation scienceSupport implementation science studies and initiatives across the country with anticipation of travel to congresses, sharing sessions, roundtables, advisory boards and educational eventsCollaborate with all cross functional partners in appropriate forumsWinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
