We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Analysis to join our team at the Center for Security and Emerging Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Analysis Team, leading research projects, and providing strategic guidance to support the Center's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage research projects, including project management, quality control, and research and analysis.
- Develop and implement research strategies to advance the Center's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Analysis to develop and implement organizational strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior researchers and team members.
- Contribute to the development of policy briefs, reports, and other research products.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, national security, or political science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy research, analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, leadership, and team management.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a think tank or university-affiliated research center.
- Experience in leadership and management roles.
