Senior Analyst, Brand Compliance and Reporting (Global Product Stewardship)

The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst, Brand Compliance and Reporting role is to support VF Brands with factory compliance initiatives, supplier screening and onboarding, customer requests, licensee compliance while partnering cross functionally with Global Responsible Operations, Product Stewardship, Legal, Traceability, Sustainability, and Customer Service to ensure due diligence and mitigate risk. This position will be the primary point of contact for VF Brands' stakeholders, the Global Responsible Operations team, and regional Sourcing Offices, with the goal of maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach to Global Responsible Sourcing. This position will also coordinate with designated 3rd Party Service provider to organize audits and write audit reports as needed. VF Footwear, Apparel and Accessories are produced globally and follow the highest standards for global responsible sourcing standards. Daily tasks include - managing data, adding/deleting suppliers, coordinating audits, writing and reviewing reports, leading communication with stakeholders, monitoring factory status and leading support and trainings to VF brand teams. This position will also lead data collection, documentation projects, reporting and analytics for multiple VF Brands as and when needed. The position will be supported by the Sr. Brand Compliance Manager.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Manage the Fair Factories Clearing House (FFC) Database

Collect necessary factory information to create new accounts or activate existing accounts for all factories that produce In-line Products, Licensees, Collaborations, Promotional Products and Commercially Purchased Goods for VF brands. Maintain relevant information and monitor status for each active factory in FFC for VF brands. Request, coordinate, and track factory audits (initial, follow up, and annual) for VF brands. Maintain and manage an active factory list and confirm results with each business unit on a seasonal basis. This will include coordinating with VF brands in the preparation and submission of funding proposals and accountability to report against project and program-based budgets. 2) Manage Audit requests, scheduling, and writing audit reports, as well as corrective actions

Support Audit requests and scheduling. Review, write audit reports, and communicate information to relevant teams. Follow up on Corrective Action Plans and re-audits with Sourcing Teams, as necessary Develop working relationships with 3rd party certified auditors and help coordinate audits for brand collaboration programs Develop and maintain relationship with external brand stakeholders to ensure business continuity and acceptance/integration of VF requirements. Support brand collaboration Factory Compliance requests and requirements. Provide leadership and corporate direction through the engagement with labor rights organization including, but not limited to, managing FLA renewal and reporting. Coordinate with Factory Compliance team on changes in brands' business needs and develop strategies to meet industry changes. Drive Factory Compliance Communication and Training:

Stay connected with Global Responsible Operations team and attend global and regional meetings and events. Maintain a strong understanding and alignment with of all aspects of the VF Factory Compliance program, requirements, and implementation process Actively engage and collaborate with brand stakeholders to make a positive and proactive impact on Factory Compliance efforts Support teams with questions about Responsible Souring and Factory Compliance and with resolution of any issues Provide annual Factory Compliance training to Brands and VF stakeholders Lead presentations on Global Responsible Operations to Brands, new Partners and Factories, as needed. Lead acceptance of VF Factory compliance program with brand partners and collaborators. Coordinate with other S&R teams to ensure alignment of goals and provide information for S&R requirements and reporting. Reporting

Create monthly licensee reports, manage licensee quarterly factory verification and disclosures. Provide brands with analytical reports for decision making as needed. Monitor factory/country designations to drive positive impact. Provide factory reports to comply with customer compliance. Manage Vendor Onboarding

100% vendor screening prior to onboarding. Lead new vendor setups for licensees, PSO, and Promotional products. Lead point of contact for related inquiries and vendor information changes. Lead in ensuring corrections to Vendor MDM information is completed in Polaris. Skills for Success:

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years

Educational/ Position Requirements:

Minimum Degree Held: A Bachelor's degree in social science, supply chain management or related field. Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 plus years apparel/footwear industry experience in sourcing, social compliance and/or in field audit. Candidates with exposure to working in a global industry preferred. General experience in the supply chain field of apparel and footwear will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and report presentation skills including computer skills in Smartsheet, Excel, maintaining databases, and power-point. Ability to work independently, but as a team player who can collaborate productively with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and programs. Fluent English Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

Some travel by air and overnight, as required (5-10% of time). Other Specific Working Conditions: This role will regularly require early morning and evening meetings. Hiring Range:

$65,664.00 USD - $82,080.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
