Your Role:


We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to contribute significantly to our financial strategy and oversight. This role involves:

  • Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth analyses of financial data to support planning and control, including monthly budget comparisons and automated reporting for management.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as Finance, Sales, and Risk to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Strategic Development: Creating financial models to evaluate corporate development opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Capital Strategy: Analyzing funding and syndication strategies to optimize financial processes.
  • Automation Projects: Partnering with IT to streamline financial reporting through automation.
  • Reporting: Assisting in month-end variance analysis and preparing quarterly financial presentations for the Board.
  • Pricing Analysis: Collaborating with the Lead Financial Analyst on pricing strategies for new loans.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Python, or R is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work independently with business leaders.
  • A strong understanding of corporate finance principles, particularly in lending and capital markets.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and loan accounting is advantageous.

Candidates must be able to pass a post-offer drug test.
