Summary

The Premium Sales Representative is responsible for working alongside the Manager, Premium Hospitality to meet revenue goals and generate new business for the Buffalo Sabres with a focus on Premium Hospitality products, including Annual Suite Leases, Mini Plans, and Single Night Suite Rentals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling new, long-term premium suite leases and achieving revenue goals.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, inside and outside sales strategies, and networking skills.
  • Reengage with former suite holders, rentals, and mini pack holders to earn back their business.
  • Execute sales calls and presentations to maintain a full pipeline of contacts.
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings on a weekly basis both offsite and at KeyBank Center.
  • Build and enhance current relationships to grow account base through upsells and referrals.
  • Attain weekly, monthly, and annual goals on touchpoints, meetings, and revenue.
  • Work Sabres games to ensure an exceptional experience for clients & identify sales opportunities.
  • Entertain prospects at Buffalo Sabres games and other arena events.
  • Participate in non-game day sales events and other sales related initiatives.
  • Utilize KORE to record and track touchpoints with prospects and clients
  • Maintain a working relationship with Corporate Partnership and Ticket Sales & Service teams.
  • Work alongside the Manager, Premium Hospitality assisting with other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 2 years managing accounts, preferably with a sports team or closely related industry.
  • Knowledge of Archtics and KORE CRM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation

This role pays $16.50 an hour plus commission.
