Position Details:

Role: Sales Representative

Compensation: Earnings ranging from $40,000 to $240,000 annually, depending on experience and performance bonuses.

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales journey.
  • Support customers in selecting a vehicle while collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Showcase vehicle features and facilitate responsible test drives.
  • Discuss vehicle purchase and financing options, as well as dealership policies and services.
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions, financing alternatives, value-added products/services, service plans, and industry developments.
  • Accurately complete all sales documentation.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and maintain a strong work ethic.
  • Must successfully pass employment screening, including background and drug tests.
