To provide the highest quality tools, assemblies, and services to the right place at the right time to ensure 100% run success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

ILI Electronics Assembly (90%)

  • Learn how to utilize mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams and electrical schematics to prepare and assemble electronic/mechanical assemblies,
  • Using IPC standards, and/or other internally specified requirements, solder components and cables to assemblies with surface mount, wire to wire, and through hole applications.
  • Learn how to use our PLM system to find all needed documentation.
  • Learn how to follow all applicable documentation, including wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, work instructions and/or other supporting documentation to correctly assemble, program, test, and troubleshoot electronic/mechanical assemblies.
  • Learn our Manufacturing Order/Work Order System and accurately update assigned MO's and WO's.
  • Learn our ANDON System, and how to create redline drawings and submit Engineering Change Requests(ECR's).
  • Learn how to test sensor cables and analyze and interpret data.
  • Learn how to safely use hand tools and safely operate power tools/equipment to perform job functions.
  • Learns and follows all safety protocols, rules and best practices to ensure safety of self and others.
  • Becomes familiar with and follows TDW operational procedures, work instructions, and generally accepted assembly practices.
  • Helps the team maintain a clean, neat, and orderly Electronics Assembly area.
  • Displays a highlevel commitment to quality, customer service (internal), and takes pride in work.
Continuous Improvement (10%)

  • Track developmental progress and attain advancement to Electronics Technician.
  • Complete assigned training modules by or before due dates.
Qualifications

  • IPC Certified preferred or else equivalent experience and demonstrated knowledge and application of soldering best practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commonlyused concepts, practices, procedures within Electronic Technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to assemble products with consistent highquality output.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, procedures, functions, and best practices in an everchanging environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
