Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician Trainee to join our team at Auto-Chlor System. As a Service Technician Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting dish machine operations, and delivering valuable service to our customers every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide on-call emergency service to our customers, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collect customer payments and maintain accurate records to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Deliver and pick-up chemicals to our customers, ensuring safe handling and storage procedures are followed.
  • Build rapport with decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, ensuring fair and competitive pricing for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, with frequent lifting and moving of up to 70 pounds.

  • Ability to work on-call after hours, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.
