Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and Repair Dish Machines: Identify and resolve mechanical problems with dish machines to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build rapport with customers, respond to their needs, and deliver exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Sell Additional Products and Services: Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Collect Payments and Manage Accounts: Collect customer payments and manage accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debt.
- Deliver and Pick-up Chemicals: Safely deliver and pick-up chemicals to customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Train Customers on Proper Usage: Train customers on the proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate Service Agreements: Negotiate service agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Physical Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, lifting and moving up to 70 pounds as needed.
- Availability: Be available to work Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm, with overtime as needed, and be willing to work on-call after hours for one week every three weeks.
