The Opportunity:
PDI Technologies is seeking a part-time Administrative Clerk. This role handles a range of administrative tasks, providing customer service, and managing daily office needs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, takes accountability, and executes assigned tasks.
This 10-15 hour per week position offers flexible hours, Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 12pm.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Support other departments as needed
