Vaco has partnered with an Atlanta based client to fill an AP Analyst position.

The AP Analyst is responsible for processing invoices, performing check runs, reconciling transactions, setting up new vendor accounts, monitoring data for audits, managing aging accounts payable, interacting with vendors, and additional accounts payable duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of full cycle accounts payable experience is required
  • Experience with Coupa is required
  • Experience with Yardi & NetSuite is preferred
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta on a hybrid schedule (1 day remote weekly)
