Job Overview

Position Details:

Location: On-site

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding and precise handling of revenue transactions.
  • Manage complete cash handling processes, which include cash application, bank reconciliations, and the timely and accurate documentation of cash inflows.
  • Maintain and update financial records using the NetSuite system.
  • Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheets.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies to guarantee accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
  • Examine and reconcile expense reports to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with billing and sales teams to resolve revenue discrepancies and confirm accurate revenue reporting.
  • Engage in month-end closing processes, performing detailed revenue and cash flow analysis to aid in financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective revenue recognition processes and procedures to boost operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in cash management and bank reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated experience with NetSuite or a similar large ERP system.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables, V-Lookups, and formula editing (SUM & IF statements).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-unit/multi-entity accounting, including the reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and management of intercompany transactions.
  • Familiarity with general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
