HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

This position assumes responsibility for several aspects of the accounts payable function (AP) for the North Highland Company. This includes processing supplier invoices and reviewing/approving expense reports.

Responsibilities and duties include:

Verify accuracy of expense report submissions Verify that expense submissions align with the expense policy Manage ticket queue for expense inquiries Process supplier invoices and generate payment settlement runs Prepare AP account reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities to ensure accurate accruals related to expenses Assist with system testing related to version or process updates Performs other duties as assigned or as needs are identified



YOU WILL:

Three years professional experience in a directly applicable field. Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical and organizational skills Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) Demonstrates unquestioned integrity and excellent professional judgment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated success in quickly learning new systems and tools to manage business functions Familiarity with accounts payable practices and procedures Strong problem-solving skills and work ethics Experience in a role with a parent company, managing multiple subsidiaries Familiarity with banking and outbound payments, domestic and international Two day per week in office requirement



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business related field, strongly preferred Reconciliation and financial analysis experience preferred Workday experience is a plus
