Job Description:
This role leads the team responsible for production of marketing and servicing email messages. They have deep expertise in e-mail marketing best practices, including dynamic content replacement, personalization, modular design principles, deliverability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
They are comfortable managing a production team in a shared services environment, including a unified campaign intake process, agile sprint planning, managing capacity, and operating across multiple platforms.
They are experienced with email performance reporting, production team health monitoring and analysis of data for process and performance improvements.
Responsible for implementing digital enhancements to enable goals across web, app, and messaging. Drives integration and automation of technology solutions. Develops product roadmaps, gathers resources and stakeholder alignment, and leads teams to implement and enhance platforms. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

  • Implement digital enhancements to enable goals across web, app, and messaging.
  • Drive integration and automation of technology solutions.
  • Develop product roadmaps, gather resources and achieve stakeholder alignment, and lead teams to implement and enhance platforms.

How You'll Do It

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Lead the prioritization and implementation of digital platform enhancements and migrations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop digital enterprise platform strategies and roadmaps.
  • Identify and respond to industry and digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, business, communications, technology, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in marketing, business, communications, technology, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
