Position Summary

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction field, particularly in managing interior projects.

  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to uphold project schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience with interior construction projects.
  • Expertise in interpreting and updating construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Able to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
