Your Responsibilities:

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, and other attestation engagements.
  • Exhibiting professional creativity in addressing client matters and providing constructive recommendations to enhance client operations.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of client transactions, identifying and resolving potential or existing issues through appropriate research and consultation.
  • Taking ownership of assignments and utilizing firm resources effectively.
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members.

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting environment.
  • Preferred experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, with a solid understanding of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
  • Active CPA licensure.
  • Exceptional client service and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
