In this vital role you will report to the Director, Technology Strategy & Innovation and will work with various cross-functional partners and play a pivotal role in project portfolio operations and communications for the R&D Artificial Intelligence strategic imperatives.Responsibilities:Support portfolio strategy to deliver on innovative, impactful pipelinePlanning, management, and coordination of strategic team meetings focused on project portfolioResponsible for presentation creation from conceptualization to finalization for business meetings and functional strategic reviewsResponsible for setting agenda and gathering content for departmental All-staff meetingsBuild and lead efficient approach to govern portfolio (operating model) and communicate their value captureDrive collection and delivery of performance updates to leadership on a weekly basisContinuously monitor and communicate progress and adherence to critical project timelinesEnsure on time delivery of monthly communications/reports such as content for newsletters and internal websiteCreate and maintain a calendar of planned communications, based on upcoming project milestones and readoutsResponsible for bi-weekly leadership team meetings, including coordination of agenda topics, consolidation of presentation and pre-read content, distribution of pre-reads, facilitation of each meeting, and crafting/distributing minutes and action itemsSupport planning for project gating decision points (e.g., Proof of Concept approval, go/no scaling)Support and participate in planning and execution for Cross-Functional events such as Demo Day and AI SymposiumWinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of strategy, execution and planning experience Or Masters degree and 6 years of strategy, execution and planning experience Or Bachelors degree and 8 years of strategy, execution and planning experience Or Associates degree and 10 years of strategy, execution and planning experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of strategy, execution and planning experienceAnd In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
