Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in maintaining project orders within Job Management systemCreating project sales orders and Vendor purchase orders Assist Project Manager with job change orders and RGA'sTracking project orders and operating within manufacturer online order management portals, to monitor estimated ship dates, create and maintain customer shipping reportsAssist Project Managers with requesting submittal and O&M documents from reps and uploading them into Job Management systemAssist Project Managers with locating and identifying project orders in local branch warehouse for direct through stock orders, on as needed basisAssist Project Managers with rebate processing in Job Management for through stock rebate orders.Schedule customer deliveriesRequest information as needed from Sales and customers for setting up new project job accounts, DTS and PLS order request forms, and other pertinent project data forms as required May also be asked to manage small projects in full capacity as the PM as neededAssist Project Manager with COI and warehouse storage photo customer requestsAssist Project Manager with customer reports Perform all functions necessary to meet and exceed customer service standards
Qualifications

Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, positive attitude with strong customer service skills. Previous distribution experience a plus. Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision.Proficiency with technology, and computer skills. Adobe, excel, MS word, outlook.

About Crawford

In 1990, Crawford Electric Supply opened its first store in Dallas, TX and began a tradition of excellence. Within five years of opening, the store was ranked #1 in the twin city market.
