Job Summary:
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-unit restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products and customer service are delivered, while also driving restaurant profitability. This is a leadership role that requires a strong team-oriented approach, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all functions of 2-3 restaurants to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered.
- Lead a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve sales goals and drive restaurant profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
