Position Overview

Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC is seeking a proficient Project Manager to lead the implementation of contracts that support various Professional Support Services for the Federal Government. The selected individual will be instrumental in managing Construction Management Services and Advisory and Assistance Services for Federal clientele. This role necessitates close collaboration with highly skilled personnel stationed at client sites to fulfill specific project requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key representative of the organization within the project execution team while fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Work in conjunction with Human Resources to develop job specifications that meet client expectations and participate in the recruitment process for open roles.
  • Mitigate company risks and project vulnerabilities.
  • Authorize employee time and expenditures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Effectively manage project modifications and prepare necessary change orders.
  • Monitor project expenditures, prepare financial accruals, and generate reports as required.
  • Ensure timely submission of client invoices.
  • Compile field reports and after-action assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Management.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in program and project management.
  • Previous experience in managing projects for the Department of Defense.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with Federal clients and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
